1Who may be regarded as VNI Consultants?
Anyone who is not coerced into entering into agreement with VNI but acts of his/her own accord.
2What is a "prosumer"?
A prosumer is dynamic user who is able to act neither as consumer nor as producer but is able operate across these modalities and consume selectively while innovating in ways that facilitate further development and reapplication.
3What is sweat equity?
Ownership through participation.
4Is there a commission structure?
No.
5Do I get a contract?
Yes. Your contract stipulates the rules and implications which all consultants, as representatives of VNI, are bound to. This includes conduct, intellectual property clauses etc.
6Is this a variation or substitute for formal employment?
No.
